Fly with the Flock!

Ready to discover what it means to be a Firebird! Join us for the Pacific Ridge School Athletics Clinic—an exciting, hands-on experience led by our award-winning coaches and standout high school scholar-athletes.

Who Can Attend:
Students in grades 5–8 from any school.
Pre-registration required.

Suit up and step onto the court or field as you choose from basketball, volleyball, or soccer. Participants will build skills, meet current PRS athletes, and get an authentic look at the energy and teamwork that define our Athletics program.

At Pacific Ridge, athletes of all levels find a place to grow. Whether your child dreams of competing for a CIF championship or simply wants to explore a new sport, our supportive coaching and inclusive environment help every athlete develop confidence, resilience, and a love for the game. Beginning in 6th grade, students proudly represent the Firebirds in interscholastic competition.

Time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Place: Pacific Ridge Campus

Strength & Conditioning

Student athletes have access to our full-time Strength and Conditioning Coach, Casey Wheel, who runs our sports performance program. He works closely with in-season teams and off-season athletes, training out of our on-campus weight room.

Sports at Pacific Ridge meant everything to me. Not only was I able to further my love for basketball, but I was also able to try out other sports and create lifelong friendships. I'll forever remember my time as an athlete at PRS. Go Firebirds!

Any student-athlete, who has pre-enrollment contact with a coach or anyone affiliated with a high school program and subsequently transfers to or enrolls at that school, may be declared to be athletically ineligible to compete in interscholastic athletics. Both the student-athlete and the coach/person affiliated with the program must disclose all pre-enrollment contact to the CIFSDS office.
