Application Process

Applications for the 2022-2023 academic year are due by February 1, 2022 for priority consideration. Applications submitted after the deadline will be given consideration on a space-available basis. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Steps to Complete an Application

Step 1:  Complete the Admissions Application and submit online between September 1 and February 1 for priority consideration.  The application fee is $110. A link to the application can be found here. Once step 1 is complete, your online portal will contain a checklist with the remaining steps as described below.  

Step 2: Upon completion of the Student Questionnaire, schedule your family interview.  A link can be found in the checklist on your application portal.

Step 3: Submit your request for recommendations and academic records to your school after you receive the first semester grade report of the year.  Links can be found in the checklist on your application portal. 

Step 4: Schedule your child’s standardized test date. Your child should take the ISEE or SSAT on or before February 1 for the admission application to be reviewed during the priority consideration period.
 
Step 5 (if applicable): Submit a tuition assistance application through FAST between November 1 and February 1 for priority consideration.

Standardized Tests

Pacific Ridge requires the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Examination) or the SSAT as part of the application process for students residing in the U.S. These tests are given several times throughout the year, but the majority of the testing dates fall during the autumn and early winter. For more information about the tests and to register, please click here for the ISEE (school code 054335), and here for the SSAT (school code 5630). Pacific Ridge is an ISEE testing site on January 8 and 22.
