Application Process

Applications for the 2022-2023 academic year were due by February 1 for priority consideration. Applications submitted after the deadline will be given consideration on a space-available basis. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Steps to Complete an Application

Step 1:  Complete the Admissions Application and submit online between September 1 and February 1 for priority consideration.  The application fee is $110. A link to the application can be found here. Once step 1 is complete, your online portal will contain a checklist with the remaining steps as described below.  

Step 2: Upon completion of the Student Questionnaire, schedule your family interview.  A link can be found in the checklist on your application portal.

Step 3: Submit your request for recommendations and academic records to your school after you receive the first semester grade report of the year.  Links can be found in the checklist on your application portal. 

Step 4: Standardized testing is now optional for applicants the fall of 2022. Please see the note about standardized testing on this page to review your options.
Step 5 (if applicable): Submit a tuition assistance application through FAST between November 1 and February 1 for priority consideration.

Standardized Testing

Standardized testing is now optional for students applying for entry in the fall of 2022. 

If you would prefer not to submit the ISEE, please submit scores from the applicant's most recent standardized test, along with a writing sample.

If you would like to submit an ISEE test, information about registering for the online test can be found HERE. Pacific Ridge is no longer serving as an ISEE test site in 2022.
