Application Process

Applications for the 2020-2021 academic year are due by February 1, 2020 for priority consideration. Applications submitted after the deadline will be given consideration on a space-available basis. Please contact the Admissions Office for more information.

Steps to Complete an Application

Step 1:  Complete the Admissions Application and submit online between October 1 and February 1.  The application fee is $110. A link to the application can be found here. Once step 1 is complete, your online portal will contain a checklist with the remaining steps as described below.  

Step 2: Register for the ISEE (Independent School Entrance Exam) at https://www.erblearn.org.  Pacific Ridge School code is 054335. OR, register for the SSAT at  www.ssat.org.  Pacific Ridge School code is 5630.  NOTE: Either test is accepted and families are encouraged to only submit one.

Step 3: Submit your request for recommendations and academic records to your school after you receive the first semester grade report of the year.  Links can be found in the checklist on your application portal.  
 
Step 4:  Schedule your family interview online through your application portal.  Please note that the Student Questionnaire must be completed before scheduling your family interview. 
 
Step 5 (if applicable): Submit a tuition assistance application through FAST between November 1 and February 1.
