Applying to Pacific Ridge School

Pacific Ridge School’s mission statement places global engagement as one of its main pillars. We are fortunate to enroll students from around the world each year, and we appreciate how varied backgrounds and experiences enhance the learning community for everyone.

  • Do you issue F-1 visas?

Yes. Pacific Ridge is registered with SEVIS, the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System, and is authorized to issue I-20’s to international students so that they many acquire an F-1 visa. All international applicants who require an F-1 visa to attend school in the United States must contact International Education Management, Inc. • Are you a boarding or a day school? Do you have dorms?

We are a day school and therefore do not have any housing facilities.
  • Do you offer an English Language Learning (ELL) support?

We require all international students to enroll in an English Skills class for the first two years at Pacific Ridge School. There is an additional tuition for this class. Our expectation is that all students are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English upon admission to Pacific Ridge. The English Skills class is intended to support students as they further develop fluency.

  • Do you accept the TOEFL for admission?

No, we require either the ISEE or the SSAT.
