At Pacific Ridge, our connections to each other reach far beyond class periods and office hours. Faculty, staff, students, and families come together to form a holistic school community, offering support, kindness, and understanding whether it’s in the classroom, on campus, or exploring the world.

Faculty take an active role in overall student well-being, working together and meeting weekly to understand the whole picture and what each student needs to succeed. Our Student Support Team offers workshops, resources, and one-on-one meetings to address the academic and social-emotional needs of students. The fact that students, faculty, and staff learn, play, serve, and travel together leads to multi-dimensional bonds and warm mentorships that last well beyond graduation.

Parents are important to us too. Regular on-campus sessions and webinars keep them up to date on school policies and operations, and the Parents Association provides ample opportunities for parents to volunteer, learn, and socialize.

As a school, we dedicate our time, focus, and energy to supporting our students and their families, so they feel more connected to what’s important—each other, their passions, and the pursuit of a purposeful life.
