Annual Giving

Pacific Ridge School depends on the Annual Fund for revenue beyond tuition to support an outstanding learning environment for students and teachers. As is the case at virtually all independent schools, tuition and fees do not cover the full cost of educating students, nor do they cover the cost of new buildings or major improvements. The Annual Fund helps close this gap, moderates tuition increases, and keeps a Pacific Ridge education accessible to the widest range of qualified applicants possible.

Annual Fund gifts help us:
  • Provide students with innovative classroom technology and equipment
  • Recruit and retain exemplary faculty
  • Ensure high quality arts, athletic, global travel, and service learning programs

Participation Matters

Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference.

Each year, our community’s collective contributions provide us with the financial flexibility to enhance our programs and enrich our students' educational experience. Annual Giving is a critical component of our operating budget, but the impact of your donation does not end there. Before outside donors commit resources to Pacific Ridge, they want to see a fully invested community – one that believes in the school, its values and experience. Participation in the Annual Fund is an indicator of our community’s shared commitment to the success and sustainability of Pacific Ridge and sends a powerful message to other donors.
 
We ask that families make supporting Pacific Ridge a philanthropic priority and give to the best of their abilities on an annual basis. Above all, we strive for 100% participation from current families. All gifts are gratefully received and recognized in the Annual Report. In addition, leadership gifts will be separately acknowledged in the Annual Report and during special receptions and events throughout the year. 
2021-2022 Annual Fund gifts, pledges and payments are accepted through June 30, 2022. Cash, checks, credit cards, securities, and corporate matching gifts are all accepted.
