Commencement 2021

On Thursday, June 10, Pacific Ridge School came together to celebrate 108 seniors from the class of 2021. Faculty, students and their families gathered on the athletic field at Pacific Ridge School for a unique, physically distanced, family pod style ceremony. Commencement kicked off with a welcome message from Head of Upper School, Allegra Molineaux followed by reflections from Grace Piscitello, Senior Class President, Shanyce McCullough, Student Body President and Jammal Bola-Akindele Student Body Vice President. Bob Ogle, Head of School then spoke and was followed by a fantastic performance of “Tongue Tied” by members of the senior class. Diplomas were presented, Senior Statements were given by Jaiv Doshi, Jordan Becknell, Martha Contreras, Shea Gahr, Julian Stern, and Kate Ohlweiler, the “Irish Blessing” was performed by the Pacific Ridge vocal ensemble and the ceremony was closed by Alfie Hobbs, Assistant Head of Upper School.
